How long will my delivery take?

We use either DPD or EVRI to safely deliver our bikinis right to your door along with tracking. For orders delivered to a UK address you can expect to receive the order within 2-4 business days. If you're order is placed before 2am we will send the item on the same day. For orders delivered to a European destination (outside the EU) please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from us to let you know the order has been received. We aim to ship all orders within a 24 hour timeframe, although it can take up to 48 hours to ship your order on weekends. Please do contact us directly if you have an urgent request for quick shipment on a weekend and we will do our best to accommodate. 
Once we have dispatched your order you will get a further email with tracking information so you can track the delivery progress.

Can I change upgrade shipping option?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to upgrade the shipping option chosen. You can choose to cancel your order and reorder again but please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to enter your bank account.

My order tracking says delivered but I have not yet received my order?

If the tracking details indicate that your order has been delivered, please check the details to as the parcel could have been left with a neighbour. If this is not the case please contact us immediately at info@lucinilondon.com with information explaining the issue and we open an investigation with the courier to locate it's whereabouts. 

My order has not arrived and the tracking has not been updated?

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived in the expected timeframe. Please allow the full expected timeframe to pass before contacting us as it may have been delayed unexpectedly. Once this time has passed please send us an email at info@lucinilondon.com and include your tracking number and we will open an investigation with the courier.
