Delivery Options

We use either DPD or EVRI to safely deliver our bikinis right to your door along with tracking. In case of any lost parcels please ensure you contact us within 7 days of the item being sent to you so we can investigate. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive tracking information.

Return Options 

 

If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags,  labels and hygiene seals intact.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund:

  • Bikinis, which have been worn, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed;
  • Items purchased as part of a set, which have been returned separately or as an incomplete set;

How do I return a damaged or faulty item?

 

  • Just package up your your damaged or faulty item and send it back to us, for free, via our standard return methods which must include tracking to guarantee a refund. 
  • To submit a return enter your order number into the form HERE and then clearly state the reason for your return and provide any required photographs.
  • Make a note of the tracking number in your returns confirmation, in case we need locate your return at any point. 

 

What happens when my return item reaches you?

 

Once your parcel reaches us, we will test your item, so we can provide valuable feedback to our product development team.

If it's faulty, we'll either refund you or send a replacement item, the choice will be your on the returns form. Remember to tell us which item you’d prefer if you are seeking an exchange.
