An Incredible Day

Wow, what an unforgettable experience we had at The National Pageant Expo on Sunday February 16th! The energy, the glamour, and the excitement in the air were simply electrifying. As we showcased a selection of some of the most popular Lucini London bikinis, we were surrounded by an incredible community of pageant queens, industry leaders, and fashion enthusiasts who all share a passion for beauty, confidence, and empowerment.

The Ultimate Bikini Showcase

From the moment we set up our stand, the buzz around the event was electric. With a dazzling display of our latest bikini designs, our stand became a hub of excitement as pageant contestants, beauty queens, and industry professionals stopped by to admire our latest collection. Seeing the excitement on everyone’s faces as they admired the intricate details, bold colours, and impeccable craftsmanship of our swimwear made all the hard work worth it. It was a proud moment for Lucini London to be part of such a prestigious event.

       

Interview with the Beauty Pageant Channel 

One of the most exciting moments of the day was being interviewed by the brand-new Beauty Queen channel, set to arrive on Amazon Prime in Spring 2025. We had the chance to share our story, our passion for swimwear, talk about our journey, and showcase what makes Lucini London bikinis the go-to choice for pageant queens. The interview was a fantastic opportunity to connect with an even wider audience and celebrate the world of beauty and fashion in a big way!

Our Competition Winner

Leading up to the event, we ran an exciting competition, giving one lucky winner the chance to attend The National Pageant Expo with a plus one. It was such a joy to meet our winner Emmanuel in person, an absolute queen who was a finalist in the 2024 Miss Africa Great Britain competition. Her grace, charm, and enthusiasm perfectly embodied everything we love about pageantry, and we were honoured to have her join us for such an exciting day.

Incredible Industry Connections

Beyond our stand and competition, we had the absolute pleasure of connecting with some of the biggest names in the pageant industry. Meeting the owners of all the events we’re proudly sponsoring in 2025 was an incredible highlight! We had the pleasure of meeting Shirin, the esteemed director of the National Pageant Expo, who gave us a warm welcome as newcomers and hosted a spectacular event for everyone. We also met Charlie Cousin, the visionary founder of Miss Glamour UK, Verena Twigg, the powerhouse director of Miss Swimsuit International UK, Sean Maloney, the talented owner and makeup artist behind SM International and SM Queens, and Bianca Nicole Suiu, one of the inspiring young Co-Director of Pink Beauty Pageants UK. Each of these industry leaders is doing phenomenal work, and we’re beyond excited to collaborate with them in the year ahead.


   

Gifting Bikinis to the Miss Swimsuit UK Finalists

One of the most heart-warming moments of the day was meeting the finalists of Miss Swimsuit UK Grand Finals, set to take place next month in Manchester. We were absolutely thrilled to gift them their Lucini London bikinis in person! Seeing their excitement and gratitude was truly special, and we can’t wait to see them shine on stage in our designs as they compete for the 2025 UK title.

     

The Showstopping Lucini London Catwalk

Of course, no pageant expo would be complete without a breathtaking catwalk! Eight stunning pageant queens strutted the runway with confidence and poise, showcasing a selection of our most eye-catching bikinis. Watching them own the stage in Lucini London swimwear was a moment of pure pride and joy. The energy, elegance, and empowerment they radiated were nothing short of spectacular.

The National Pageant Expo: A Day to Remember!

The National Pageant Expo was an absolute dream come true, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to share our love for swimwear with such an incredible audience. From unforgettable encounters with industry icons to the dazzling bikini showcase, every moment was filled with inspiration and excitement.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, to the wonderful finalists who will be competing in Miss Swimsuit UK, and to the amazing team behind the expo who made this event so magical. We can’t wait to do it all again soon!
